a famous software developer,
best known as the father of the Java programming language. Since 1984, Gosling has been with
Sun Microsystems, and is generally known best as the founder of the Java programming language.
He works now in Amazon Web Services.
James Gosling received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Calgary and his M.A. and
Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University, all in computer science.
